Could not recommend Kerry more! As a first time home buyer, Kerry guided me through the ENTIRE process. She patiently showed me homes for almost a year before I found the right one. She did not hesitate to help me write up several offers late at night and on weekends/holidays. She even coordinated local contractors and other professionals to do walk throughs with me before placing my offers when I was hesitant about possible issues in homes. She is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy; Truly goes above and beyond for her clients!

Kerry is the absolute best realtor out there!!! She did an amazing job handling a complicated estate sale for us. She gave us all of our options from the clean out of the house, how to position it on the market price-wise and was there for us when things got bumpy in the process. There was no question she could not answer ( and we had lots of them) and she was always available to answer our calls and texts. Buying or selling a home is never easy but it certainly helps to have someone there that can calm your fears and who has the knowledge to get the job done. Kerry is that person!!!!

Kerry was incredibly patient and determined in our house-hunting journey, she respected our budget and what we were looking for in a house. she didn’t try to push us into anything we weren’t comfortable with as first-time home buyers. when we found our dream house she fought very hard to make sure our offer stood out and she walked us through the entire process until closing. we highly recommend her!!
