Recently helped sell our Mother in Law's house in Downingtown, PA. We hired Leana Dickerman's Team as our realtor. Her and her team were outstanding and professional. They know the market extremely well and were able to help negotiate the best deal for selling the house extremely fast. She gave excellent advice on how to best position the house for the maximal offer. In addition, her negotiation skills were outstanding when working with buyers. There were so many details that we would not have known to do in order to get the best deal possible. We listed the house, and got multiple offers within 3 days of listing the house. Ended up getting over 25k over asking price and accepted an offer within less than a week on the market. We literally listed the house and settled within 6 weeks. So fast... Leana and Grace were also very detailed and professional along with great customer service. Extremely responsive to any question and also gave great advice along the way. If you are looking for someone that knows the ins and outs of selling or buying a house, hire Leanna's Team. You won't be disappointed. She knows her stuff.... We even had some issues that came up in our moving process with getting the house ready and Leanna had an Army of people that helped us immediately fix the problem within a phone call. Leana is the BEST realtor I could have ask for. She is so knowledgeable and puts a great amount of time into researching the perfect home for her clients. When we started the process of searching for a home she spent a great deal of time talking to me about my preferences and what I'm looking for in a home purchase. I felt so comfortable talking with Leana about my options and knew that she was only showing me homes that were financially within my budget. I think very highly of her opinion and recommend her to everyone I know! This was my first time buying a property and I was having a lot of anxiety about the process, but I felt very comfortable with Leana and knew that she truly had my best interest in mind. For here out I will use Leana for all of my home buying or selling needs and will recommend her very highly! I am so happy that I was able to have such a great home buying experience especially in this crazy market and that is due to Leana!

We never knew selling our house would turn into the absolute worst nightmare ever! We saw her in person one time when she did a walk through to tell us what we should upgrade or fix to list the house. She recommended one of her friends for us to use that does flooring and also does drugs apparently ( he nodded out and drove through our neighbors yard🧐) so we had to find our own contractors to use. we thought since she was our realtor that she worked/ had our backs, absolutely not, she wasn’t at settlement even though she was in the room next to us, she wouldn’t even show her face to say congratulations or even good bye. She made $15k off the sale and we still have money just sitting in escrow that once again she failed to explain the situation to us. If you’re buying or selling your house you should feel like your realtor is thinking and looking out for you, Leana thinks about Leana and what’s best for Leana. Pick another Realtor If your in search of a great realtor I recommend using Tammy Duering with re/max
