Legacy is a very good property management organization. The staff are very friendly, attentive & dedicated to serving tenants. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Legacy was especially helpful with maintenance & cost effective improvements when we were struggling to re-open after sustaining big losses.

Absolutely one of the most helpful and responsive property management companies I have had the pleasure of working with. As a tenant, the portal is easy to use and the office staff is so friendly. Any issues we've had were responded to promptly and effectively. The renovations to our home took much longer than expected prior to move in. However, our home is fully renovated with top of the line appliances and the home was spotless upon move in. We are very happy with the results and Legacy Real Estate.

August 2017: The management of this company is amazing. I have had several landlords in the past, all okay, but none as good as Legacy's. The landlord was easy to contact, and very quick to come over and address any complaints with the apartment. I would absolutely recommend using this company to a friend. The best part was the property manager, Jose. He too is extremely easy to contact and helped me move/set up my new apartment, even coming by to do some repairs the next day (super fast). I really don't write reviews but I was really impressed with Legacy.

First off they sent me an eviction via email instead of court ordered. Then they refuse to fix anything however they hound you about there rent money, my shower is broke, my washer machine is broke, the paint is chipping and cracking all through out the house. The pluming in the bathroom causes leaks in the ceiling which the ceiling tiles is completely damaged. They have absolutely no simply for you and your situation. I was in a car accident contacts the owner sanjiv for him not only to never reply with a confirmation email but to also email me an eviction. I have kids and they simply do not care at all. By the way I already know once I post this review they will take it down to protect there business. Which shows you they don’t care at all.
