Hours posted on the property and on the building of rental units are not accurate. Online on the website for 9115 academy road as well as the office down the street have inaccurate hours. Only on google does it have different hours. Wasted a trip to the office for nothing. I wish they had updated the posted hours on the actual building. I would have never thought to double guess the sign on the building about the hours. So inconvenient.

Had a tour today with Claudia and I have to say she was amazing. She answered all my questions. She was very pleasant and knew exactly the kind of questions I was going to ask before I even said it. She sold me with this tour and I don't think i would have committed to this place, but she definitely cemented my intent to live here. Just all around very informative and put a lot of my concerns and doubt to rest.

I’ve been with m&m management for 2/3 years now & this is the best apartment company i been with . Mo is the shitttt !! He helps you with all your needs and try’s to accommodate you the best he can ! He’s a very caring person . If you ever looking into moving to one of their apartments .. ASK FOR MO . He’s gonna make sure your 100 % straight !!

I’ve been in 2 apartment complexes under M&M management and I’ll never leave. I hear all kinds of maintenance complaints at other places but our maintenance and management crew are amazing and I’m being honest here. I never have to wait for anything here.

Hours posted on the property and on the building of rental units are not accurate. Online on the website for 9115 academy road as well as the office down the street have inaccurate hours.
