Family members of ours were tenants of this company. I have witnessed first hand that they do not take care of their tenants needs which seemed like it was driven by greed. If you are a prospective tenant and you are ok with making your own repairs and paying for it, then they might be suited for you.

I have heard negative things about this company too many times from too many unrelated people in unrelated situations. This is because they control seemingly everything in this town and whether they intend to be or not, are intimidating to some of their customers. I am disgusted and before anything should be said about me not being in their system they should consider how the above stated perceptions impact the people I care about. Not the bottom line of Media Real Estate.

40 days post flood caused by a poorly installed water heater and the business is still closed. Nothing but obstruction and foot dragging on their end while the tenant business suffers. Disgusting! EDIT The first picture is of the flood on 12/20. The second is the entrance to the business 40 days later. Regardless of what the details may be, this is completely unacceptable.

Everyone within this company seems extremely incompetent of running a business. The older properties they own they do not upkeep, just run them into the ground so they don’t have to spend money. Horrible experience with their “maintenance” team, owners, front office. Very unorganized and unprofessional, lost track of payments and records, took 10+ days for requests to even be answered. I know many in the community who are upset by their actions.

Strongly discourage anyone from renting through Media Real Estate, from small business owners to those looking for apartments. Incredibly unprofessional, irresponsible, and zero accountability.
