Meg is the absolute best! I have worked with her several times now, for rentals and recently, a home purchase. She is informative, supportive, knowledgeable and goal orientated, which makes things easy in the stressful renter/homeowner seeking world. Meg is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, she truly cares about her clients wether selling or buying. Meg helped us navigate house hunting with ease. She made sure we were aware of what was going on every step of the way and was able to talk to us about the best way to get an offer accepted. I'm glad we had Meg to help us find and get our first house.

Meg Fonash represented me in the purchase of a townhome in Furlong, and she was terrific. She found me a great lender, showed me dozens of homes over the course of a year or so, and when I found the house, she designed a creative offer that helped me beat out 7 other offers. A week before I made settlement, a tornado hit the development and my unit was unharmed but the lender needed proof. Meg raced to the property and took timestamped photos to prove the unit was undamaged, and she even thought ahead to negotiate a credit from the seller in case there was a future special assessment from the HOA for the storm damage. I put a lot of trust in her and she exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use her as my agent for any future transactions.
