As a first time home buyer, I had many questions, and Melissa took the time to fully explain to me information to which I needed more clarity. She was responsive to all types of communication: phone, text, and email. She also advocated for me when it came to negotiating costs and credits. Overall, I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase property of their own.

My experience with Melissa was excellent. She was always willing to keep searching and searching until I found the house I wanted. She put my decision before her role as a real estate agent. I mean, she wasn't going to sell for the sake of selling and try to sell me on a house that I felt no connection to. She wanted me to find the house that I really liked. I value that a lot.
