I had to re-locate to another state to take a job opportunity and did not have time on my side. Mendez Homes & Investments helped me every step of the way and they were super nice & professional. They handled everything from the negotiations, contracts, bank/lender related issues, appraisal, title, and even therapy for me to help calm my nerves multiple times. Even though my transaction was a bit complicated because I was selling my home, selling an investment property and at the same time purchasing a new home, it really all worked perfectly thanks to them. Mendez made it all work and took care of everything even when some small things came up on my title. I would not hesitate to use them again for any Real Estate related transaction. Awesome experience!

Patricia Iavarone was my agent and I had a great experience with her. She was always available and jumped to solve all of the issues that we run into. She was very professional every step of the way, and provided very useful and truthful advice about all of the homes we visited. Patricia was very thorough in checking all of the paperwork coming from the seller and stayed in close contact with my lender and title company to ensure that everything was good on our end. I would definitely recommend Mendez homes and investments, and if you are looking for an agent that cares that you make a right decision on a home, then Patricia is your best choice.

I've been a tenant for almost three years now and so far it's been excellent. Whenever there has been an issue the owner, Maria Mendez, is ready to fix it with just a call or text. The overall process renting the place was easy. The office staff, Omar and Grace, had been very helpful whenever I had to come to ask something. Great service and experience!

I rented through Mendez Homes & Investments and my experience was great. I would recommend people to rent through Mendez in the future, as they are very professional and responsive, which can be hard to find in Philadelphia. The house I rented was in great condition and the rental process was easy and seamless. Maria specifically was very responsive and had great communication through our whole lease term!
