Just bought a home with Mike F.! Despite the FTHB nightmare stories I’ve heard about, this was a wonderful experience. Mike set realistic expectations, genuinely listened to my concerns and provided detailed explanations, advocated on my behalf like hell, and proactively handled any hiccups.

We used Leah to find out forever shore house and she worked day and night for us. She even answered our calls on Sundays and holidays. Leah made us feel like family and gave us her honest opinion about everything. Because of her we are now enjoying our summer in our new shore house! We can't thank her enough!

Buyers AND sellers beware. I was selling my property and the buyers realtor was Erin with Neighborhood Real Estate. Day of settlement, less than 2 hours before, I was notified that issues came up. I was asked to delay closing a few weeks. No big deal as issues arise. With the second closing date arriving, Erin was non responsive by not answering phone calls or emails. Completely unprofessional leaving me in the wind. Second closing comes and just like the first, it was cancelled hours before. They ask for another extension. At this point I did not want to pull out, re list and wait 6-8 more weeks to sell because I had already purchased another house, so I gave them a third chance. Days before the 3rd closing date, no communication from NRE yet again. No phone calls or emails returned. Nothing. At this point, I had to pull out from this deal after 3 chances. In summary, due to the incompetence of Erin at NRE, my life was put on hold for months.

I’ve used NRE a few years ago when Ryan first opened it and I can not believe the decline in the business in only a few years. Majority of the realtors here do this as a “side job” so they really couldn’t care less how quickly they return your call (if they do at all.) After leaving messages a few weeks ago with both Erin and Mike and no return call back, I used a different company altogether. I’m a huge supporter of small, local business’, but this one doesn’t make the list.

Best realtor in the city. If you looking to buy a house or sell a house, this is company is by far the best around. Ryan Straub and his staff are very professional and efficient at what they do.
