There aren't enough stars to give Neil, so 5 will have to do! I worked with Neil to sell my first home and he was incredible throughout the process. I contacted him based on a family referral. As soon as we spoke, he made arrangements to meet me at my home, had comps available, and walked through my home while talking through options. It was immediately clear that Neil was knowledgeable about the neighborhood and real estate, trustworthy, and patient. I continued to keep in touch with Neil and contacted him again when I was ready to list my house for sale a year later. As a first-time seller, I was prepared for this to be a daunting experience and it really wasn't (kudos to Neil for his expertise!). He made the process as painless as possible and it always felt like Neil was advocating for me and my best interests. Neil was an absolute professional and I was very glad to work with him. In buying, I worked with a few realtors (not ideal experiences) and was feeling hesitant about initiating a new realtor relationship. The experience with Neil was A+ and my only regret is not working with him sooner.

We knew selling my mother’s home that her and my Dad had lived in for over 40 years was going to be stressful for her, but Neil was there every step of the way to make the process smooth and seamless. Neil supported us throughout the entire listing and sale process, which was new waters for all of us due to Covid. Neil communicated tirelessly and kept us posted on any developments. We worked with Neil long before we were ready to sell, learning what we needed in order to sell our house. He gave us sound advice at every step. His extensive experience in the business served us well. He handled the sale masterfully, negotiating on our behalf in such a way that we could relax while he negotiated the best deal possible for us. All we had to do was choose between good offers. Whenever a wrinkle came up, he was on it, advocating for us. And, there at the end of the process, celebrating with us. He's the best.

At the age of 24, I purchased my first home. After going through multiple realtors and dealing with horrible experiences. I fell into not only the best realtor, but now a family friend-Neil Kugelman! With me being a young adult at the time, Neil made sure my 1st home was affordable, in a good environment, and well maintained. He dealt with all my numerous calls and late night emails while all putting a smile on his face. As we all know, buying a home is not an easy task! Neil is very professional, attentive to detail, knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. So fast forward… I have worked with Neil for over 10yrs! We worked together on selling my first home to only create new memories in my new home. I am very grateful on being able to share this experience with Neil. He has a great team and with their expertise, my 2nd home purchase was just like the first! Not often do you find a realtor that you can trust to get the job done.
