We got lucky with Nicole because she is AWESOME! She was a listing agent on a house we looked at back in 2016 and we liked her so much we asked her to represent us looking at other houses. She found a house we LOVED in 2016. We've now are moving states and of course called Nicole. She was able to get the house in order, crush some marketing, setup several days of appointments, an open house and got us several OVER ask offers. SHE. IS. AMAZING! I wish she could represent us everywhere we go!

Nicole was absolutely crucial to our home search. She has excellent knowledge and experience of the Philadelphia area, especially Delaware County where we were looking. She could tell us off the top of her head about neighborhoods, school districts, and was always fully honest and transparent whenever we had questions or asked for her opinion. Most importantly, she worked hard for us, she fought for us, and she was always happy to schedule phone/video calls to discuss anything we needed. She is a hard worker and very professional. We couldn't have asked for more.
