Alex is the utmost professional. His knowledge and experience were crucial and invaluable in helping my wife and I acquire our dream home. One of Alex’s most outstanding attributes was his communication. His negotiation skills were top-notch, and he remained transparent with us throughout the entire process. My wife and I were first-time home buyers and had many questions and requests, but he was very understanding of our needs and promptly provided clarification and assistance. Alex’s quick response time during all hours of the day - even early morning and late-night - made us feel important and that we were a top priority. In addition, the expertise and support that he offered throughout the process made the buying process clear and easier to navigate. Alex was also very detail oriented. When under contract, he identified errors in the seller’s paperwork on several occasions and took swift action to make sure that the information was corrected without delaying Closing. Even during the walkthrough and inspection processes, his keen eye was instrumental in helping to negotiate a seller assist. Lastly, Alex’s pleasant and positive attitude provided a sense of calm during the stressful process of purchasing a home. We felt as though we had a friend working for us and always trusted him to hold our best interests above everything else. He's a genuinely nice guy and we enjoyed our experience with him. Her experience and deep knowledge of the market and neighborhoods earned our trust quickly as we realized “hey, she gets us!” It's difficult to purchase a home from out of state, and Kathy was our guide and advisor in finding the right house for our move from LA to Philadelphia. She went above and beyond in helping us in all aspects. Aside from her professionalism, the thing we appreciated most was her straightforwardness. I would recommend Alex to anyone seeking a home or even an investment property. Whether the building is new or old building, he is enthusiastic yet honest, which is a rare feature of a realtor.
