Paula was incredibly personable and informative. We dealt with another realtor and I honestly believe we would not have closed on the new home if it was not for her professional knowledge of reality. We used an escalating offer which I never heard of and outbid the current offer by $400 and was accepted. We used another realtor who submitted a bid on a property and lost because it was a straight bid. Paula also saw things in a home and pointed them out that I would have over looked. Great person to deal with was an extreme pleasure.

Be careful when buying a house from Seymone Ellis (Troxel sold several houses for her). Within the first couple months we had to put in 100K in fixes. Seymone Ellis gave a good story of buying a house for her mom. It just so happens the house had 10 people living in it. They covered over significant damage. When talking to investigators we were told the damage was all covered up 3 months before we moved in. We had to fix severe foundation issues which they said was painted over by nearly 30 layers of paint. The pipping was bad after the first month and we found out they put dry wall to hide the intense damage to the pipping. When talking to the plumbers they informed us they recently put dry wall up to cover the damage and it was only 3 months old. Non of the electric problems were fixed so we were told by the electricians that the basement dry wall was put up to hide the bad wiring in which the city had to fix. We had to get all the paper work from the city to see if anything was actually certified and approved. We were also told that house had new wood floors (which isn't wood but plastic upstairs) and we were told the house was freshly painted which it wasn't and hadn't been painted for several years. The walls had dirt, water stains, grease, tar, and crayola marks. We hired a painter who came in and investigated and they were horrified. We had to fix the walls in the house. We also had to renovate the entire front of the house and all the vinyl. The previous owners (seymones mom wink wink) painted over the bad vinyl and put tape to cover up the mass holes in the gutter system and painted over the tape. I don't think Paula is running a scam but she should think twice before selling another property from Seymone Ellis. I am surprised she isn't in jail (Seymone) and shiver to think about what the other buyers will find on the property.

Paula is an amazing person and incredible realtor. She's on top of everything from the first connection you make, process is seem less and attention to detail is impressive.
