Several months ago, we moved into an office space managed by Pen Del, and we're very pleased to say that they are the real deal! One morning, our lock/doorknob was acting finicky. It took us a while to eventually get inside, so we emailed Tracey about it. She replied within minutes (!!!), and someone came by to fix the issue within a few hours. Because we have a special lock/doorknob, it actually took the repairman a decent amount of work to get the job done, including a trip to the hardware store, fabricating a metal plate that had to be replaced, etc. He did it all with a smile, and even made a second trip to the hardware store to make copies of the new key for us. On another occasion, there was a *torrential* downpour in our area, and a small portion of our ceiling started to leak. Once again, Tracey was super responsive, and someone came out to fix the issue the very same day. I could go on, but I think you get the point. Our experience has been top-notch from day one. Thanks to Tracey and the team!

Pen Del has been my landlord company for a few years and I’ve had the best experience with them. The office (specifically Tracey!) has always been helpful, caring, and on top of things. Nothing but the best!

I have a roof leaking and maintnance said I'll see if I could get some body well if they come at 8am instead of 1.30 my place will be filled with water I have pictures this is incompetent people working penn del needs people. That care. The continue saga about maintenance.they told me they would be at my apartment at9.30 they never showed up and they told me to move furniture out of the way. So I did what they told me I wish they had some respect

PEN DEL STRICTLY CARES ABOUT COLLECTING TENETS MONEY. TRACEY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE. AND NEITHER DOES ALEX. THEY WILL SMILE IN A TENETS FACE SIMPLY TO COLLECT THE TENETS MONEY THEN AS SOON AS THE TENET LEAVES THEY WILL PROCEED TO TALK IN A BLASPHEMOUS MANNER BEHIND THE TENANTS BACK! THESE ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE! THEIR MAINTENANCE STAFF IS LEAD BY AN INCOMPETENT LEADER WHO IS EXTREMELY LAZY AND DISRESPECTFUL! YOU DESERVE BETTER THAN THE SLUMS OF PEN DEL ESTATE. NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT
