I just finished and passed my second class, Real Estate Practice! My instructor was Kathleen Bacon and she was fabulous! She was so well organized, succinct, and knowledgable. Answered all questions and also gave us time to get to know our classmates. I took the live zoom classes so I was a bit worried about feeling disconnected but I did not. Kathleen was supportive and encouraging and is a huge asset to the school. My entire experience with Polley has been excellent!

I had the pleasure of having Andrew Lasner as my Polley instructor for the real estate fundamentals course, and think he was great. The course was fast paced at points, and there was plenty of work outside of classroom hours, but Andrew has an amazing talent in teaching course material in an easy to understand fashion. The review before the test was also very helpful!

I'm posting this review just I as I finished and PASSED the fundamentals class!!! My instructor for Fundamentals was Andrew Lasner and he was excellent! His instruction was so clear, he answered all questions so thoroughly, and I was very well prepared to take the final. There is alot of material we have to learn but everything is laid out very logically and orderly so it's easy to follow along. I have been very pleased with the whole Polley school experience. From registering for classes, getting my books, clear communication with zoom links, and excellent instructors, I would highly recommend Polley!

If you are looking to get your Real Estate license, I would go no where other than Polley Associates. They have been providing excellent support and education for 35+ years (since my Dad got started in the business!), and I definitely made the right decision to take their courses. The classes are enjoyable, and Andrew Lasner is a phenomenal instructor. 10/10 experience! I strongly recommend using Polley Associates, and make sure to request Andrew as your instructor!

I had the privilege of taking Andrew Lasner's 45hr Real Estate Practice course and I can confidently say he's one of the best instructors I've ever had. His teaching style is thorough and engaging, and he went above and beyond to ensure our success. He provided additional information and materials that were incredibly helpful, both for class and our future careers in real estate. What stood out the most was his genuine care for his students growth, even offering to be a resource for us beyond the classroom. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated real estate instructor!
