Beware of this company. Do not rent anything with these people on it. They have a realtor show you the property.Complete scam!!! They get you to turn the utilities on in your name. Then refuse to sign lease. I went on tour of the house. The attic was locked. Was told that past tenants left trash up there. So I wouldn’t have access to it. Come to find 2 different ads for the same property. With 2 totally different pictures, prices, the whole bit. And they only wanted to be paid in cash. Or cashiers check. Beware of this place. With everything I just went through. They just want free months of utilities paid. And either there’s someone squatting in the attic. Or the place is wired.

The well/chlorination dropper system at my property has failed twice since I started my lease, and after this most recent second time, they are now attempting to charge ME THE TENANT for repairs, even though the cause was found BY THE WELL REPAIR COMPANY to be moisture buildup in their chlorine tablet dropper system. All of that after being left for multiple MONTHS without potable/non-chlorinated water. Stains from my attached photos were caused by the lack of chlorinated and filtered water. Honestly if it was fixed and I wasn't charged for the repairs, I likely would have kept my lease for much longer. But after sending me through months of hell without clean and safe drinking water they have the attitude to send me a letter asking for us to resolve this "amicably". Corrupt organized family crime operation. this outfit is highgly organized crime family sydicate. do not rent form them they will rip you off . because they own all the nursing homes iin mongomery county and have relatives working in the adult aging office they have a serious conflict on intrest stealing old poeple from families and taking all the inheritences. the federal government needs to indict this organization for all the driug running and the corruption. they are sassociated with criminals in my communtiy who are trafficking drugs and children. something needs to nbe done about this family. its really bad they are very powerful and evil. they are drinkers and drug users, horrible family of cprrupt people ruinng your lifeintothe gorund thats all they want to do is hurt you. these are dangerous evil people.

This company is going after a handicapped elderly woman for her rent deposit. Why? Because a septic backup .. in a place that's going to be demolished anyway . And they're going after her for much more! This company has very deep pockets, and yet their doing this kind of nonsense.
