In 2010 Renee helped my wife and I buy our first home. We had a terrible experience with another Realtor and were extremely frustrated but Renee listened, reassured us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. This past September we called Renee again and she helped us purchase our current home and sell our first home. Renee is honest, pleasant, down to earth, and she truly cares about what she does, treating you like family every step of the way. She truly LISTENS to what you want and need, and she works tirelessly to help you find what you're looking for. Her communication is amazing, she's accessible and she really makes you feel like you're her only client. She fights for you when the other party is being difficult (trust me!!!), and makes sure that you are not being taken advantage of at any time. When we settled on our new home, she seemed to be genuinely happy for us. Renee was excellent in the selling of our house. She knew exactly when to adjust the price. Renee was also extremely knowledgeable when we put an offer on a house we liked. I would totally recommend her to anyone who needs to sell or buy a house.

We asked Renee to help in selling a family members house. She made herself available when we asked. Asked us for our timeframe and communicated during that time. Always followed up, so when we were ready she was ready. Renee listed the house and within 2 hours we had our first offer. We declined that offer. Renee offered us guidance and assistance. Within 2 weeks after listing, Renee helped schedule several appointments and in a declining market we were offered our full asking price! Renee is wonderful and I highly recommend her.
