Shannon was great to work with. I reached out to Elfant Wissahickonn in order to get information about possible investments for my next home and I was put in touch with Shannon. I had a strict set of criteria when looking for home. Shannon was able to provide me a large list of homes that fit most if not all the criteria. On top of that I had sent her several homes I was interested in seeing. Once I had found the home I wanted to purchase she has made the process super smooth. Even when we ran into issues with outside companies we were able to run a 30 day close with most of inspection repairs completed. Shannon was able to make my second purchase a breeze. She was a joy to work with and is quite understanding. I highly recommend Shannon for anyone in the buying process.

Shannon did an amazing job helping me to sell my aunt's house quickly and easily. She was incredibly responsive and answered any and all questions I had. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell a house—especially first timers. Shannon was so fantastic to work with when I was looking to sell and buy my next home. I set the insane goal of selling and buying with little to no overlap during the insane 2020 market. And Shannon helped me achieve that! She was so knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. Shannon made the whole process so smooth and when I started stressing she stepped right in to help and assure me everything would work out. She was always very responsive and never made me feel silly for asking any and all questions. Shannon has truly become a friend and I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home!

I don't normally write reviews, but after working with Shannon I felt especially compelled to write one. Rarely do you ever work with someone as professional, competent, and responsive as Shannon. I just underwent the experience of purchasing a home for the first time and she expertly guided me through every step along the way. She made sure to take as much time as I needed to schedule and tour all of the homes I was interested in, guided me through all the paperwork that was required, advocated for my best interests when dealing with our seller, and went out of her way to make sure the whole process was as low stress as possible. I would highly recommend Shannon as a realtor to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. If you need anything at all, she will get back to you right away and you can guarantee that the issue will be addressed. Shannon was my realtor for my first ever home purchase and she will be my realtor for life. She was incredibly helpful, answered any question I had as a nervous first-time home buyer, bent over backwards to make sure I understood the entire process, responded to questions at all hours and happily showed me place after place after place until I found the home that was for me. She continues to check in on me and see how things are progressing as a new home owner and still will answer my occasional questions. She did all of this with a smile on her face and an extreme level of professionalism. I felt valued and comfortable in Shannon's hands and I cannot recommend her enough!
