Toby Delarosa was my realtor for my first home purchase and just like when I used him for rentals prior to my first home he went above and beyond for me. His customer service is top notch and has a wealth of knowledge of his profession was key in making me feel comfortable with such a big purchase. Also Space & Co. is an amazing broker and even invited me to an equity class after my purchase which was very informative and a super fun event. All in all great experience for me!

We recently made the move from NYC down to Philly and we found Angela Cordovano at Space and Company and she was nothing but wonderful! She made the whole process seamless for us as new home buyers. She went above and beyond since there were times we couldn't be physically present. We love our new house!

Absolutely fantastic! I cannot even begin to tell you how great Rachel and the team at Space & Company are! Michael Bowman worked especially hard to find me a place to live. They were hard-working, flexible, and found me a great place. They were careful about COVID and flexible when issues arose. Exceptionally professional. You should absolutely use this company for all your realty needs!

I recently worked with Angela Cordovano to rent an apartment in Philadelphia. Angela was super helpful in locating apartments with my criteria. Once we found a place I liked, she was incredibly proactive in moving the process along and assuring me through it all. I would highly recommend working with her!

I am thoroughly pleased with my experience with Space & Co, particularly the dedication of Real Estate Agent, Consuela Franks. She went absolutely above and beyond, meeting with me often as I searched for homes, helping me with everything from explaining jargon on documents I would need to sign to communicating with the builder and adjusting my water main valve even months after I had purchased the home! She was patient and helpful, (and even entertaining!) through every step in the process, and delivered more than I ever thought a real estate agent could be expected to provide! I have already recommended Consuela to my friends, and will continue to do so, as she did a fantastic job in helping me find and own my dream home!
