I’ve been renting from Spring Hill Realty for going on 5 years. I’ve had nothing but good experiences from both the office staff as well as the maintenance staff. I’ve had minimal maintenance issues, however when I put in a service request they were quick to respond. Their maintenance staff is some of the friendliest people I’ve met, and they really seem to enjoy their job! They are on top of outside maintenance- and do an excellent job during the winter clearing snow and salting the sidewalks and steps. I recently moved across the street to a larger unit and the office staff made the process easy and as stress free as possible. The staff in the office at Upland Village takes pride in keeping the buildings and grounds looking great and always give a friendly hello when they see you! I have no plans of leaving anytime soon!

I have to say that I'm surprised as well by all of the negative feedback. I moved into my Spring Hill apartment almost a year now. I and my son like it. Maintenance is always on top of things. They are thoughtful with birthdays and holidays. It's not perfect but no place is. (Update) - I recently moved out and was hit with a carpet replacement. I was originally told not to clean the carpets and if maybe I could have gotten them clean and not have to replace the rugs. Also my toilet leaked causing a mess and a pipe in my wall in the kitchen leaked. They did the repair work but left plaster dust all over my kitchen and did not clean it up.

I lived in two different units in Upland Village for 6 years, and I loved it. The maintenance crew are incredible and work so hard so fast to address issues and take care of snow removal. The office staff are so friendly and make you feel like they really know you. I would recommend them to anyone! I am VERY surprised by the negative feedback here. It is true that they direct you not to shampoo the carpets and that they charge for drip pans, but these things were explained before I signed the lease, so I was not surprised or upset when it happened. If I had an issue with either of those things, I'd have negotiated it during lease signing. I feel that perhaps people who are saying, "Read every line of your lease!" maybe should have learned that lesson long ago. If you read what you sign, you won't have any surprises. Spring Hill is not a scammer. They are an excellent company who have always worked with me with any help I needed or questions I had. If you're a responsible tenant, you will never have a problem that can't be quickly and easily resolved.

This is our second experience renting from Spring Hill. The first time, we had to move out about 8 months into a 1 year lease due to family emergencies, needing to move practically halfway across the state at the time. The company was more than understanding, not even charging us a penalty to break the lease. Fast forward about 10 years, and we're back in the area, and looking for a more modern home for us and our son. We find a great home, in a great townhouse development, in a rural setting. And the landlord is Spring Hill. We've been happily living in our home for 11 months now, just signed a 2 year renewal, and can report that if we have an issue, it's dealt with quickly. In fact, one of the repairmen employed by Spring Hill remembered us from our first go-around, commenting that he always wondered what happened to us. Spring Hill is easy to work with, listens to you when you bring up issues, and seems to genuinely care about you. We are happy tenants, and would gladly recommend them to anyone in the future.
