Sue Kinslow & Debbie Martino were amazing. We moved to Pennsylvania from another state across Country. They were so helpful in giving us information about various neighborhoods and communities. We had a very specific type of house we needed to accomodate our family. They were relentless in looking and helping us find our dream home at a fair price. They were great at keeping us updated and informed of the process. They also pointed out issues of homes that we had not thought of. I would highly recommend these special ladies. Deb and Sue have helped me sell and purchase 4 separate homes in the last 20 years. Their diligence in finding me the right home (and buyer for my house), working around my demanding schedule, alerting me of new homes about to come onto the market due to their relationships in the business, and their keen negotiation skills - all second to none. The best part is I went from Delaware County to Bucks County to Montgomery County. The were able to get me to the right areas because they know this area of PA so well. With such a crazy housing market right now, everyone should be in good hands - call Sue and Deb. You won’t be disappointed.
