If I could choose 0 starts I would. I am currently renting from Target and our house is horrible. They have not offered much help at all. We’ve experienced multiple pipe leaks, floods, rodents, and now black mold. The best they could do is offer us $50 to buy cleaning supplies. I can not wait for my lease to end. I will never rent with Target again. This has been the worst renting experience I’ve ever had.

Target Realty kicked my 6 year old son and myself out during one of the worst housing markets in 60 years. Their reason? To make room for “family”. They tried giving us only 30 days to leave but after checking the lease I had to explain to them they were wrong and I had 60 days. I told them how I was not finding anything. They offered NO help finding a new place. Only concerned with me vacating the property. Target Realty would call every week only to ask if I found a new place, never to offer help which was extremely insulting. They also charged me 100 trash removal fee for a air conditioner that was there when I moved in. READ YOUR LEASE. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO REMORSE, NO SYMPATHY. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR MONEY AND THEIR OWN PEOPLE.

Target Realty did a horrible job of rennovating the unit above mine and their faulty pipework leaked, causing my ceiling to collapse from water damage. Now I don't have a home. They aren't responding to my messages and calls.

If I could give zero stars I would. These people have been the absolute worse since move in. Imagine being in a property for over 10 years and constantly requesting the same things in THEIR property to be fixed. From major plumbing issue to moldy basements. They are horrible at upkeeping any of their properties (I have a lot of family that also rents with them). They are the true definition of Slumlords. I find it so strange that they never want to fix any of their properties but insist on raising rent to keep their pockets full. Please, whatever you do -- there are better agencies out there to go through to rent. I'm saving you all a headache.

People PLEASE beware! These people are con artists. There's too much damages that are being ignored. And if you call them too often (for repairs), they'll try to raise the rent to compensate for all of the repairs. If not, they'll claim that there will be a buyer looking into buying the property. Lies! Apparently, everything is stated on the lease when you sign. Please be careful & rent at your own risk! Someone's going to put these people under investigation sooner or later, and shut them down one after another. They're scamming money from families & "kicking them out" (on short notice) by giving them no choice to either pay the suddenly raised rent [in less than a year] or leave on their own. I assume it's their own people posing as buyers to come at look at the property, WHILE there's people living in it. All because tenants demand to have common repairs fixed or refuse to pay the suddenly raised rent. Everything just seem too fishy with these people. Now folks, if you have children, tell me...how scary is that?
