We had Steve handle selling our home. He had been recommended by a number of our neighbors. They also said that he "knew everything so do 100% of what he tells you to do. Turned out to be great advice! Part of Steve's offering is a person to help guide your through decluttering and staging. Shelley was wonderful in that role. Photographer took great pics. Steve was very easy to work with and clearly knew the ins and outs of our area so we were very comfortable with the proposed pricing, etc. There were 20+ tours the first day and three solid offers. Price ended up notably above list. Couldn't have asked for more from our agent. Strongly recommend Steve and strongly suggest you do everything he tells you to do!

Mike Clement is amazingly professional, responsive, knowledgeable and an all around phenomenal agent! There was not one question that was not answered either immediately or he will say, “let me look into that….” And he would garner the answer to my question and anticipate the next questions and answer questions that I did not know to ask. He left me totally at ease after experiencing super awful agents. He was always early to the site as I am and prepared with a wealth of information on the property. He will fight to ensure no one swindles his client out of money and always does a follow up. I honestly do not believe he sleeps for He has worked day and night to ensure that my family and I were well cared for. Mike Clement treated me like a VIP client! As if I was as important as a billionaire; when no one else may see me as such. He treats the business as his personal loving child and cared for my well being on every level. I am not a very trusting person based upon my prior experiences. I am a very picky person when it comes to business and anything personal. It felt like I was not only a VIP but I was family as well. God knows I appreciated my Mike Clement. I would only recommend him for a pleasant and care free experience with purchasing a home. It will only be a lively and loving experience when you choose Mike Clement to entrust your home hunting into his humble hands. I had the pleasure of working with Steve and Jennifer for more than a year and a half while I was restoring my 35 year old home to its best condition. When we put the home on the market, it sold within 10 days with our asking price plus a bonus. There were a number of technical things that Steve and Jennifer counselled me on so that the sale went through very smoothly. Steve and Jennifer are first class real estate agents and are worth every single commission $$$ that they earned.
