Davis McDermott helped me find a rental in the trolley square area of Wilmington that perfectly met my needs. He made himself available as required by my schedule and was attentive and understanding of what I was looking for in a rental home. He didn’t try to sell me on a property that was out of my budget, and he had connections that allowed me to view locations that were not yet on the market. I would recommend Davis to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a home!!!

Agent Nikki Murray was the broker for her own property in Stone Harbor. Didn’t disclosure that it was her/her husband’s property to us. We drove 2+ hours to see the property and made an offer a few weeks later. She anccepted our offer. We had an attorney draw up a contract and she used us to supposedly accept another offer from a buyer a few hours later. She didn’t come back to us to counter, didn’t return our or our broker’s phone calls for an explanation. Nikki is extremely unprofessional. I’ve tried to reach her many times to learn what happened, and she will not reply or acknowledge what she did. Do not work with Nikki Murray.
