I would like to say my experience with Ms Katiyah Whitaker was successful and something I will never forget. I meet Ms Whitaker about two months ago and let me say that phone called changed my life. This woman helped me from beginning to the end and guess what she wasn't my realtor. ( She was working for the seller) I really believe it's not enough Thank You's I could say about her. My house journey has been rough for the past two years ( I really believe I would never be a home owner) and Tia had me set-up up with grants that at closing I came with no money down and I received $1000.00 at my settlement. ☺️☺️ Ms Whitaker I want to THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for making me a homeowner. I want to say it again if she did all that for me and she wasn't my realtor imagine what she could do for you. You shouldn't look nowhere else for a realtor because Ms Katiyah Whitaker is the realtor for you and anybody that is looking to purchase a home. One more thing Thanks for dealing with my Dad/Brother 😉
