My wife and I began our search for our first home in March 2015, and entered, as buyers, into a very strong sellers market. We had originally started our search working with an agent that was very nice; however, we quickly realized that she did not have the skills, knowledge, and contacts that we were looking for in an agent. Around the same time I happened to cross paths with Steve, and was instantly excited about what I thought he had to offer and we decided to work with him. The market was very hot around this time - we watched several houses get over list price offers within 24 hours of being listed, and we were getting worried we may not find a house anytime soon. We were getting very frustrated with the market and Steve presented us with some different options to find a home. We needed to find a way to gain an advantage over the rest of the buyers in the area, and Steve was our advantage. Steve has a vast network of investors he was able to connect us with. Because of this he was able to find us a completely renovated home, before it went on the market for a very fair price. Steve is affable, very hardworking, communicates well, and he is extremely knowledgeable in the buy/sell process (i.e., process,paperwork,laws/rules,etc.) and home repair/renovations. So no matter what you are searching for (fixer-upper, move-in ready, etc.), Steve can provide valuable information and guidance. We love our home, and couldn't be happier. And I can say with 100% certainty that we would not be here right now if it wasn't for Steve.
