We were incredibly impressed with Tyler's knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. After just a couple of conversations with him, we had complete confidence in his ability to efficiently manage the purchase of our home. Tyler was flexible with our schedule and changing needs for home locations. After we found the perfect house, Tyler did a fantastic job keeping everyone on schedule and ensuring that we received all of the necessary paperwork to make my purchase smooth and painless. The Wagner Real Estate group has assisted us buying two houses and selling one and we'd recommend them to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional with a lack of self awareness and the inability to adhere to contract requirements is the best way to describe realtor and seller's agent Lilian Franklin from Compass RE. She did not properly communicate with our buyer's agent and her client so when we showed up to the property 2.5 hours before settlement we were horrified to find the seller had not moved out. After being MIA for hours with no coordinated backup Lilian arrived to the property late only to blame her elderly client right in front of her when Lilian herself did a "walkthrough" of the property the night before to confirm we were all set. As a result of her inaction to ensure her client understood and respected the contract we were unable to settle as originally planned. The situation was so bad our buyer's agent's broker had to speak to Compass RE's broker. To Compass's credit their broker was extremely thoughtful, kind, and helpful. Also to their credit with the broker's help we worked things out and were able to reschedule settlement, but 8 hours of a living nightmare surrounded by legal issues ranging from mortgage company concerns to insurance liability is something that just shouldn't have happened. In my opinion you should look elsewhere for your realtor needs.

Tyler, Eileen and the entire team at Wagner real estate are amazing to work with! They helped us buy a house 5 years ago and sell that house now. They made the entire process (both buying and selling) as easy and seamless as possible and help with everything along the way. I could honestly could not have picked a better team to work with.

If we had two words to say what come so mind about Tyler of Wagner Real Estate and his assistant, Danni, we'd choose Professionalism and Responsiveness. But we have more than two words to say! We recently sold a house in Havertown, PA. This was our first-time selling, so we had no prior experience to rely on. We were looking to work with a small, family-owned agency, because we believe that such businesses should be supported, and because they are likely to know the real estate landscape and the demographics of their encatchment area. That decision paid off in many ways: Tyler knew the local inventory and sales track record of comparable homes, the population looking to buy in the neighborhood, and the township regulations and ordinances. Knowing the territory, he knew the right, local contractors who were experienced in addressing such requirements in the area (e.g., installing a sewer back flow trap). That knowledge enabled us to address issues well ahead of listing and township inspection. On a personal level, Tyler was very pleasant, forthcoming with excellent ideas, open to our thinking about pricing strategies, and offering insights when it came to accept an offer. In his absence, Danni filled in seamlessly and professionally. All-in-all, it was an excellent experience for us from our first call to settlement. Unfortunately our experience with wagner was a frustrating one. The realtor dealing with the property we were interested in was apparently overwhelmed by our, as well as others offers. Communication from her was beyond lacking. Upon multiple request for confirmation of our offer we received information that now only cash offers would be accepted due to the seller unwillingness to turn on the water. The bottom line is the wagner realtor had no control over her client in regards to timelines or even the way he wanted to sell the house. When we submitted a cash offer on Saturday we received no timeline as to an answer. We finally found out today (Tuesday). Our offer was not accepted. This market is crazy and not having an offer accepted goes with the territory. We just wish that if the realtor was overwhelmed because the house had 10 offers she would have seeked assistance from her coworkers to communicate effectively with potential buyers.
