Our mortgage advisor, Asa Berger, was extremely helpful in advising us about our credit and getting approved for a mortgage. Asa was available day and night for questions and he made the process comfortable and effortless.

I have clients in 3 counties in PA alone so having access to all of Weichert’s offices allows me to serve my customers wherever is most convenient for them. The staff in the West Chester office is always welcoming and go out of their way to make my clients feel special.

There were a few issues with the loan process that did not make is as pleasant as perhaps it could have been. However, in the end, the mortgage broker - Asa - did make a concerted effort to rectify the situation. This shows a level of professionalism and focus on the customer experience that is commendable.
