Reached out regarding some assistance to look for a rental property for myself and my mother. One agent said she was to busy to assist us and passed us along to another agent. That agent provided listing maybe all of 3 times and when my mom set up a time to go see a property he never showed up. Didnt call to say he was going to be late or not coming at all. I reached out to ask what was up and how things were going and was simply told great and that they would keep sending us listings. That was Sept. 25th, its now Oct. 11th and nothing. I see listing almost everyday and multiple agents handling them and yet no calls no emails no nothing. Its almost like no one wants to help cause we are looking for a rental property.

Called this company and the realtor over 1 dozen times did not receive one call back. They insisted they never got any of the multiple messages left for them or the agent. Called both numbers every time with no response. Today I reached out asking why no one called back and she insisted they never once have gotten any phone calls or voice mails at the main number 856-235-1950. My history shows each call to them followed by a call to the actual agent of the property. We ended up leasing our 7th location from a larger corporation with higher foot traffic elsewhere due to their lack of response. Pretty sure the FEW positive reviews are from their family membes and friends

I keep getting spam calls that are disguised as other phone numbers near my area code from David (actual number 609 304 7041). It's super shady. I have requested they stop calling me and they continue. If a company has to fake their number to get you to pick up to listen to their spam recording, they have issues. "Hi, It's Dave from ConvertThatDirt..." Hi Dave, get a life.

Sue Nece is an excellent realtor. Responsive to needs and very thorough. My family (in laws, son, daughter) and I have worked with Sue to both buy and sell homes and she has always delivered above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about Sue.

If I could give Linda Jones a negative star rating, I would. To put it short: she tried to get us to put my late mother in laws condo for a very low price she allowed people into the condo without our permission There was a huge lack of communication she was more concerned with making sure the buyers got what they wanted She did not negotiate on our behalf She allowed the buyer onto the property without our knowledge and something was damaged that the buyer was an expert in. She did not give us the information of what we needed to bring to closing She was late to the closing She did not give us paperwork we needed to sign, we had to ask if we needed to do anything else, 8pm the night before closing there was paperwork we had to print, sign, and return. I emailed the principal broker with more details and have gotten no response. I've messaged the company themselves and am waiting for any response, but I don't have high hopes.
