If you're looking for an agent, stop looking! Wendy is *the* best. I've had prior experiences with realtors, having acquired two homes and having sold one in the past. With Wendy's recent help, I've acquired a third. Wendy has gone way beyond the call of duty to help me. What I most like about her is that instead of giving only her opinion about various issues that arose during the course of the transaction, she made sure that I also had the information I needed to make my own choices. For instance, the home I purchased will need plumbing, electrical, and other work. She recommended getting estimates for all the work so that I would have a better sense of what my ultimate costs would be. She is very well connected and resourced and generously shares those connections. While she may have preferred contractors/service people (various stakeholders in the process), she never dissuaded me from using the people I wanted to use. Overall, I found the contractors/service people she recommended to be ethical and well-informed in their areas of specialty. Not only does Wendy know real estate inside out, she has high emotional intelligence and works well with her clients and all who have a stake in the process. She was patient when I needed to get my family's opinion about the purchase, was NEVER pushy, and always took the approach of either providing me with information I needed or facilitating my acquiring that information for myself. Importantly, she is *very* accessible, answering calls and text messages at all hours and promptly. I felt really cared for and attended to and I have the impression that she provides this level of service to *everyone* (regardless of the price of the house in question). In every instance where I felt I needed her to stand up for me in the process, she did. She did that with her usual calm manner, maintaining good relationships with everyone important to facilitating the process for me, and moving the transaction forward even at times when it could have faltered. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Wendy for all your real estate needs.

That care served us through the months of planning, constantly fed by suggested listings, her remarkable effort in locating a realtor in Portland to help us with the sale of our home for the best possible price, the intense weeks of the search after we arrived in Philly, so filled with patient listening, guiding, and encouraging, the crafting of an offer, the vigilant promptings during the time after our offer was accepted, through the closing and even aftercare. We cannot say enough about the sincere concern and care she and her team showed with calls, texts, personal time together visiting houses, the many conversations as we gradually sharpened our focus and learned what we really wanted--all helped by her suggestions and amazing breadth of information about our target area. As a former social worker, she knows how to read and guide people.
