William, the maintenance guy came to replace my faucet on my sink. He’s a very respectful guy. I would just like to thank you so much anytime I put in a request. It doesn’t take long for William to repair what I need done. Also, I think the guy name is Rashad. I had experience with my heater not working. He was very respectable and made sure that I had heat I would just like to say these two maintenance guys. That I recognize or very nice and respectable as I can say they do an awesome job thank you

I am a new renter and I will have to say at first everything was good until it absolutely WAS NOT! I am a not confrontational person so I try to keep my complaints to a minimum, but I am at a loss and don’t know what to do anymore. The first month my apartment almost flooded and now the roof is misshapen and stained. I almost had to wait over the weekend for that accident to be handled because the maintenance man said he was out for the day. I am INFESTED with mice and roaches and no matter how many times I think the problem will be handled it never is. I was unable to open the courtyard door for about 3 months before enough ppl complained and they fixed the issue. There was blood on the door for about 2 months before someone cleaned it. Almost all of the equipment you would want to use in the gym that cost $25 a month is broken bc the kids are in the gym playing around on it. The list could go on. I’ve been trying to get in touch with the property manager bc I just don’t believe I should pay THIS much to be experiencing tons of issues. My feelings are truly hurt by my first apartment experience. I really am just looking for help with all this and the leasing office is not at all kind. Lisa was PERFECT but unfortunately she works for another part of the business now. I’m saddened by it all because this apartment has a lot of potential to be a great home! (Picture depict water damage in my bedroom, living/dining room and bathroom from the toilet above me breaking, infestation, large hole in gym facilities ceiling, and bloody door). I just want to live comfortably! I love the neighborhood and the apartment itself. I literally had a breakdown in front of a leasing office representative last week. This is overwhelming!

Rashad and William are incredible! These two have consistently been doing a great job. Since they’ve arrived at this property, we’ve been getting immediate responses. We appreciate them & their work. I hope the property understands what awesome workers they have in these two associates.

Haylie who help me through the end of my processes was very friendly and helpful. Although when I was first shown the property I was told it was still being cleaned up, but not all my concerns that I had prior to moving in were addressed. Its still a very nice spacious place with better perks then any of the other places I was looking at.

William the heater repair man was a total professional, explained what everyone else was doing wrong...than explained what he did to correct it. For the first time the heat & pipes are hot. I hope everything is good after everything warms up!!
