Literally a scam artist. I had a lease since 2009, within 7 years there were 17 different property managers. They would make a promise in an email and Allan would scam money out of it. The toilets from apartments above leaked into our commercial space, the pipes had washcloths, condoms, and he just charged us for all repairs, blaming us for "gravity" as we had a triple net lease, and he could charge us. He kept our FF and E. Just unprofessional all around.

My experience at my Wellington Studio has been amazing, with the cheapest rent in town and lovely doorman who will put in your rare maintenance requests I am never worried about maintenance problems. The rittenhouse square location fits perfectly with my school schedule and work schedule since everything is so close by, and to add on I am able to walk my dog 4 times a day! Overall I have just resigned my lease and am excited about living in the Wellington again.

I've seen a couple of apartments on Zillow which say they've been just listed the past 5 days. I contact requesting to see the apartment and it is either 1. not the price listed "but I have others to show you" or 2. already rented "but I have others to show you". I think they do this to offload their non-rentable apartments because, even though I give them specifics as to what I'm looking for, they say they will send me an email of listings and instead send me ONE text with ONE apartment that is the exact opposite of what I'm looking for. Seems like a lot of bait and switch and if you don't go with this one apartment you won't get any more listings. Absolutely NO follow-up after that. Whatever stereotype you think of real estate agents, slimy, deceptive salesmen, is the feeling you get when communicating with them. And the actual person, Alan Tomb, is a city councilman? Isn't there some conflict of interest there???

Genuinely the worst real estate agents I have ever worked with. They sent me a lease package, then required I return it ON THE SAME DAY (even though we had verbally agreed that I would have at least 24 hours to review it) and then continued to send me threatening messages to harass me. For future apartments will try as much as possible to avoid Allan Domb because of their rude staff. Worst meanest staff and we should not be contributing to their business.
