I can't say enough good things about Alison!!! We hired Alison as our buyer's agent to find our forever home in the Ambler area. She is kind, personable, patient, and incredibly hard working. And most importantly SHE KNOWS HER SH*T!!! I don't think anyone can match the depth of knowledge she has about the Ambler/Blue Bell real estate market. And when you combine that knowledge with a personality that makes you feel comfortable and confident that you chose the right agent... it's feels impossible not to succeed!!! We ended up finding our forever home- and relied on Alison heavily when it came time to strike a deal. Allison is the bee's knees 100%. I don't even know how to write a review for someone like her. She's amazing... Knowledgeable, engaged, involved, caring, understanding, driven, like... all the good things. She's incredible at her job and she's an incredible human being. She helped us buy our first home 12 years ago (holy moly!) and we still think of her all the time and do our best to keep in touch. We have joked that we need to move and buy another house just to have an excuse to hang out with Allison a lot again. She. Is. The. Best.

Selling a home that was the center of family life for over 50 years was a formidable, emotional experience and Allison helped us navigate the complicated real estate world with excellent research, timely counsel and tremendous follow-up. Allison’s market research was scientific and set realistic expectations for pricing the home and the final sales price. In preparing the home for sale, Allison provided guidance as to what we needed to do get the house ‘sales ready’ while keeping preparation costs minimized.
