Amber Garneski is by far, the BEST Realtor that I've every had the pleasure of working with! She not only guided me on how to prepare my home ( while still living there), to be listed, she also sold it in 1 weekend! She then stuck with me through a few ups & downs , before she found me my "Forever Home". If anyone is thinking about buying or selling your home ( or both), Amber is your #1 go to. As a first time home buyer, Amber was an amazing realtor! She was super supportive and gave great advice throughout the whole process. Amber Garneski is the best!!. She was patient with all my questions and explained everything in detail. Amber is extremely knowledgeable in real estate and I would highly recommend her to anyone (buyer or seller) for your real estate needs. Wow, how can we express all that is in our hearts about our amazing Realtor, Amber? Well, we’ll begin with… Amber is a breath of fresh air especially in her business. An example of what makes her so special is that she always thinking of what matter to her clients and her clients-to-be. We say this as we were not yet thinking about selling our home and because this special realtor decided to send us a little “things to do” events card every month we learned so much about New Castle County and all over Delaware, but as time went on and we were deciding to possibly put our house on the market, it made us learn even more about who she was as realtor. We learned fast that a little thing like sending out a monthly Delaware events card is just the beginning of all that Amber would do for us when we became her clients. She took off immediately and truly she never stopped until we closed on our house and all in the midst of assisting us with purchasing a brand new built home; where once again she did not miss a beat! Amber just shows up! She is available, accessible & dependable and probably her best attributes are that she is joyful, caring, committed through the entire process! Now, all that was about her wonderful work ethic, but she is also a huge giver at heart and her caring of her clients will resonate in her “milestone” gifts:). For ever milestone from signing her on, to being “under contract” to “sold” there is something surprisingly (delicious) being mailed to you, or she brings you a card and a gift because she heard it was your birthday. But her giving just keeps coming as when you close she goes all out! Because she was our realtor on both ends; selling one home and buying a new home, we received a double portion of her caring, giving spirit. Again, she just shows up but explosively… with so much love, joy, and yes, many thoughtful gifts and treats! Then as they say “the cherry on the top” was her surprising us with a “welcome home” fanfare at new home, which means there were amazing decorations and yes, many, many gifts; gifts from her huge heart! There also many pictures taken and just a lot of love around. And just when we thought she was finished, she wasn’t… as after moving into our new home surprisingly and yet so “Amber’ a delicious treat arrived and we just had to laugh as we both said “that Amber, she got us again!” :) So, when we think of Amber, a big old smile just automatically comes to our faces! We love reflecting on all that she did with us… for us… she just shows up is all we can say over and over. If Amber is your realtor, she becomes your friend instantly! Amber Garneski shows up in every aspect of the selling or buying process from beginning to end…and she does it all with the biggest sunshine smile that just has to rub off on you! She is a powerhouse meaning she will go to bat for you, but always with respectfulness & kindness and that is not easy in any business and especially when so much is at stake. But once again, Amber has mastered the ability to balance kindness and handling her business, which ultimately is benefits her clients. We could on, but that would mean going on and on… So, we’ll end with this… it’s quite simple… Amber shows up, Amber show up through her heart, her giving spirit, her gift in knowing her craft, her ability to seek out professionals who can best serve her clients if she isn’t as knowledgeable in a specific area or clear on something.
