Andrew Himes was absolutely outstanding in the sale of my condo. He made the process super easy, was always available to answer questions, and I never doubted that I was in great hands. While it was just a condo, he still made me feel like the sale was just as important to him and his company as a million dollar home. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Andrew. His demeanor towards the opposing party and the way he treats anyone who isn't a direct client is distasteful. We almost didn't go through with purchase of what is now our forever home because of him. The seller who seemed like a close friend of Andrew's looked embarrassed at closing and we felt bad for the seller. Choose wisely.
