I wholeheartedly endorse Mike for your real estate needs. I met Mike when I had some questions about renovating properties (for another stream of income). I was so impressed that I used him to help me find my next home. He was thoughtful and very knowledgeable in all aspects of my search. He listens carefully and is exceedingly patient. After a 7 week search, he found me the home of my dreams in Media Borough. Closing and all of the process steps were exceedingly easy with Mike. I am very happy. Choose your real estate advisor carefully, I am really happy with Mike. You will be too.

We highly recommend Mike. He was a great partner and a big help to us in selling our house. Mike is very knowledgeable about real estate and with our local market. It took us almost a year to get our house ready for sale and Mike worked with us from start to finish. He was patient and supportive throughout the entire process providing us with estimates early on to show us how much we might be able to get based on the work we did. He checked in throughout the process to see if there was anything we needed and provided us with several contractor names across different trades. Mike was also a big help working with some of the contractors to get us on their schedules sooner when we were faced with extended scheduling timeframes. Once the work was done, Mike assisted with staging suggestions and guidance on when and how to list the house. He provided updated favorable pricing given current market conditions and we listed the house based on his recommendations. We ended up with multiple offers and sold it for over asking in only 3 days. Mike continued to stay engaged and worked with us through closing. He helped us with clearing out the house, getting inspections and with the actual closing itself given we had already relocated to another state. It was a great experience and a pleasure working with Mike.

Mike definitely went above and beyond my expectations in the sale of my house! I first contacted Mike about a year before I was ready to sell. He was patient, available to answer my questions and when I was concerned about a project being completed on time, Mike called the person responsible and saw that the work was done as needed. He even helped with the disposal of some items and while I was down-sizing he and his wife took care of the sale of two items for me. He made sure everything was up to the latest code and while I was out of state for the closing on my new house, Mike was present at my house in order that some work could take place on the property. My house sold in less than a week for above the asking price and because I was relocating out of state, Mike took care of the closing for me. I could not have asked for a better or more professional realtor than Mike and am highly recommending him.
