This is a 10 star review. Joe, Karen and Gerry are the best people you will ever meet and I am so grateful and blessed we had them to walk us through the home buying process. Ours was not "text book" and they made the entire process easy. Their communication was superior and the service they provided went beyond all expectations. We will definitely recommend them to everyone and look forward to working with them again in the future!

We can’t say enough positive things about The Bonaventure Realty Team, led by Karen and Joe Tosco. We were confident in their knowledge of the housing market and exactly where our home fit into the market. We felt as though Karen and Joe had our backs. They continuously worked hard to sell our home - with innovative and creative marketing. The Tosco's are educators, who ensure that their clients understand the selling/ purchasing process and what to expect going forward. They listened to our specific situation and understood exactly how to proceed. We have total confidence in Joe, Karen and the Bonaventure team; and we have already recommended them to friends. We highly recommend that you use them for your home buying or selling needs.

We were working with one of the agents affiliated with this realtor. My experience was disappointing and will not recommend specially when it is your first home purchase. More details: The agent we worked with was too commission focused, tried to drive us away from new property which gave lower commission even when we liked it. I had to do all the heavy lift that i believe is usually driven by the agent - negotiate with builder on cost of the house, reviewing the upgrades builder had to offer, do research on mortgage and talk to the mortgage person that they referred and most disappointing not even offering help to review settlement documents. All they cared was that the commission check was delivered. Last thing to add. They were not transparent on fee structure. Every time i asked the agent about agent cost / commission, they said its all paid by seller. No fees to be paid by buyer. But later I was forced to pay $600 as Bonaventure expense fee or something of that sort.

Karen and Joe work so hard for their clients that you feel like a part of their family. We were looking at houses on our own and went to one Karen showed before we knew her. We loved her so much we knew then we wanted her to be our agent even though we didn’t put an offer in. Joe gives excellent advice and is a great sounding board if you have questions. So easy to talk to. After several months and several offers, they never once got frustrated or stopped helping us. When we finally had an offer accepted, they were just as excited as we were! These two are the best.

Working with Karen and Joe Tosco to sell our home was the best decision we made! From the first time they came over, they were attentive and focused on helping us achieve our selling goals. They knew exactly what we needed to do and helped us every step along the way. We sold our home in a single weekend with an offer that exceeded our expectations!! The whole Bonaventure team was professional and easy to work with; they are the best of the best!
