We first met with Jon in December 2024 after he was highly recommended by a coworker. We had an offer accepted on a house in our ideal location, well within our budget, by the end of January 2025! Jon was great with negotiations and always made sure to advocate for our best interests. Jon and his team (shout out to Madeline) made the process as smooth as possible. They were consistently providing updates about the process and were always available to answer questions whenever needed. We definitely would ( and already have) recommend Jon and his team to anyone in need of an agent!

My wife and I recently purchased a home with the help of Christopher Real Estate Services, our experience was fantastic! There are so many options when choosing a Real Estate Agent and team to partner with, it was clear we made the right decision from our first meeting with Jon based on his interest in what we were looking for and understand our timeframe. It became even more clear we made the right decision during our first open house experience with Jon. As anyone who is in the market for a new home knows, it is difficult to have a private showing. You will have an open house, in and out, and if you are interested make an offer. During our first open house we were waiting to enter the Primary Bathroom and I was listening to the agent ahead of us pointing out the tile and how they just did a renovation and how wonderful it looked. I thought the same until we entered and Jon pointed out yes, this was a recent update, but you can see the tile was replaced because there was a leak down the wall and behind a closet door there was dry wall needing replaced. Jon looks at the whole picture and is someone you can trust to see things you will not when touring a potential home. From there it only got better. Jon and his team are responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. No questions unanswered, nothing left to guess work. We had an incredible experience and highly recommend Christopher Real Estate Services to anyone in the market for buying or selling their home!

Jon and Madeline are the best in the business - seriously, this is the team you need! My wife and I couldn’t have been happier with the home buying process and how easy Jon and his team made it for us. They answered every question we ever had and always jumped in to help when dealing with the mortgage company, insurance, or the buyer. Jon and Madeline were able to provide invaluable knowledge and advice for everything, including things to look out for when looking at a home. My partner and I were first time home buyers so navigating this market with a team that knows exactly how to hunt for a home that was well taken care of within our price range was important for us.
