Selling a house requires teamwork. Bob and Bobbie Kelly stepped up to the plate and completed our team!!! It's NOT easy selling a house. Working with Bob and Bobbie made the process a whole lot easier because I could rely on their years of experience and expertise to guide me. Starting with sound advice on staging and preparing our property to go on the market, Bobbie went so far as to come in an add some personal "touches" to our home which really made it show well in the photographs! Bob's personal network came in handy when we needed advice and contract work done. His connections were extremely helpful. Communication is always key...these guys were on top of all of my questions and concerns and never left me hanging for answers. Thanks TEAM KELLY!!!!!

My wife and I just closed on a home in Cherry Hill, NJ, a search that took more than six months in a very difficult housing market. Without a doubt, our very good fortune in finding such a lovely home is owed to Giusy Cusumano, our Coldwell Banker realtor whom we had the luck of meeting during our visit to Moorestown the late spring of 2023. Giusy was a tireless, unfailingly patient advocate of our housing needs, and always accurately represented our best interests to sellers whose homes we were interested in. She was an outstanding communicator, always returning our calls day or evening no matter how busy she was, and we never worried that any of our concerns about the home we eventually bought would not be conveyed to the sellers' realtor in time to have them dealt with constructively. And her guidance about the housing market and the final closing process reduced our stress considerably. In short, what could have been a home buying experience that broke down any number of times over the months was kept on track to a successful conclusion because of Giusy Cusumano.
