At first meeting, she provided an overview of all the steps needed to achieve the best result: understand differences among comparables, accurate disclosures, estimates for optional upgrades, staging, listing strategy, photos, showings and negotiations. As we proceeded, she presented informed options without pressure, leaving final decisions to us. Her guidance led to multiple buyers’ bidding contest which achieved a sale for more than 6 figures over both Zillow’s estimate and our hopes at listing. We highly recommend Jeanne as either a buyer’s or seller’s real estate agent.

She is a great listener and customized her home search and recommendations to what we found ourselves looking for, which definitely evolved as we started really looking at homes. She is super responsive and proactive and went out of her way to make sure we were set up with a good lender, etc. We could not have been happier with how it felt to work with her and could tell she really cares about a good outcome for her clients.
