Conar was instrumental in selling my property on time under a tight deadline imposed by my lenders. He also noticed a discrepancy in my contact prior to settlement that we were able to address in time which saved me from a potential $20k loss. He offered careful analysis of each offer I received, and most importantly he is someone I can trust: both knowledgeable about the big picture and has attention to detail; is patient, kind, helpful, available, and always communicative and quick to handle anything that comes up. Will definitely work with Conar in the future!

From the very start Conar was proactive in helping us find our home. He listened to our wants, likes and dislikes and guided us through the process. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and he helped make the experience the complete opposite of daunting. Choosing Conar DeLuca as my realtor made the selling of my mother's house a very positive experience from start to finish. I had no knowledge of what selling a house entailed and thanks to Conar, inspite of the unforeseen delays, it was made easy. I contacted Conar and he was available for the initial walkthrough of the property. Upon meeting him, I felt comfortable and knew I had picked a gem of a realtor! He showed me comps of the houses that had sold in the area and explained in detail the selling process. Conar was very patient and understanding during the time that there were tenants scheduled to move out. Even with these issues, Conar remained steadfast in making sure that the process would continue. To my surprise, after a few showings, within a month we had a buyer! He would reach out to keep me abreast of updates, issues, and progress. We communicated through email, texts and phone calls at all times of the morning and evening. I felt comfortable reaching out if I had questions or concerns, because there were many moving parts to this sell. Thanks to Conar, everything was taken care of and settlement was flawless!
