Eric and Endantew were amazing shephards through the full life-cycle of owning my first house! In summer 2016, Eric helped me find a gem of a property in an amazing neighborhood that maximized my equity growth potential. In summer 2024, the team helped me prep the house for sale and get it sold quickly within a week of going on the market in a real estate climate that had cooled off quite a bit. They went above and beyond to help me find trusted, reliable, and price-conscious sub-contractors to complete the TLC needed to maximize sell value. They even helped with project management support while I coordinated and completed the repairs from afar - I live in nyc now. Eric has been a trusted friend since I first worked with him. I couldn't remmond this team more!

Eric and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and very punctual. They know what they are doing and get to work right away. Eric is straight forward and candid about what expectations are attainable, and what may not work. Also, Eric is open to feedback and discussing any issues that may arise with regard to renting a unit. They were able to rent my unit and have many interested viable tenants within a week. In real estate it is difficult to find a team that knows what they are doing, since there are so many agents that just started - Eric and his team are great at what they do.

Eric recently helped us with buying our first house! He made our first time home buying experience so easy, quick, and smooth! He provided us with so much information right at the start and communicated everything very quickly, always fast to respond, set up times to see houses, and get any and all paperwork done! He is very knowledgeable on the market and had provided so much guidance throughout the whole process and coordinated so much. He really made our first time buying experience so easy and got us into the perfect house! He is a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend!

Eric has helped us buy and sell two properties, and the experience has been great each time. Not being from the US, buying a property here was a bit intimidating at first, but Eric was very thorough and organized in the way he explained and walked us through the process, so nothing ever came as a surprise. He's extremely knowledgeable and we always felt that we could trust his judgement completely. We also had to handle the two sales remotely, and Eric took care of literally everything, from finding a good contractor to make touchups before the listing went live, to making sure that we could sign the settlement documents remotely. Eric will always be our go-to realtor in Philadelphia and we can't recommend him enough!
