From the very first phone call I knew I could trust Dave during my home buying process. Before I became his client, he always took the time to have PHONE conversations with me and answered ALL of my questions. The process went smoother than I could have ever imagined. Dave is a professional & has superior customer service!!! He really cares about his clients & goes above and beyond. It shows from beginning to end. When settlement day I arrived, I was ECSTATIC but realized our professional relationship would be ending. On the bright side, I gained a friend! There’s no doubt in my mind that you should be #SoldByGold!!! He’s THEE BEST!!!!

Dave makes himself available to answer questions, view houses, and give you his honest opinion on a real estate deal! I could tell from our interactions that he was more concerned with helping us find our perfect home, then chasing a commission! So glad we found him as our realtor!

Dave is awesome ! I’ve had the pleasure of working with him on 2 home sales, and a purchase. He’s honest, and goes above and beyond the duties of a realtor, He’s always available, and when issues arise he takes care of them . He consistently gave us updates , so we were never left wondering. He’s very knowledgeable and made great recommendations which made this process much smoother. Thanks for making a stressful process not so stressful!! Highly recommended! My husband and I decided to look for a home in May 2019. I came across David's profile on Instagram and we gave him a call. From start to finish he was honest about the home buying process and even steered us away from homes that had structural issues or obvious problems. He sent us many homes matching our profile and met us day after day that turned into weeks even in the POURING rain for house showings! We had several set backs that were beyond our control nor was it foreseen but he stuck by us. He waited the process out with us even when I cried and fussed about things he had no control over. You want an agent that goes above and beyond for HIS CLIENTS....We recommend Dave Goldsmith! We closed on our house August 2019 and the day before he brought us pizza to celebrate! What agent does that?? One who is dedicated and cares!

If I could give No star I would. Real estate agents have a duty to actually communicate effectively and be responsible, trustworthy, transparent individuals for the buyers who are out here. This guy is horrible on all levels and as his website states “he is the father to two beautiful little girls” well Sir, I commend you on being a full time father but the unprofessionalism that eradicates from your mysterious duties should make you think twice about the choice of being a real estate agent. It is sad to have to do say such things of you. Hopefully you mature and grow up soon!
