Recently worked with Brianna Roth and I have to say ,she's is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. First off, she brings her son to show a house and he is screaming and messing with the peoples things in the house. If it were me I'd be highly upset with someone letting their kid touch any of my belongings. Then while there are other couples there , we're mearly just looking at the house and she tries to start calling landlords before anything is even set in stone in any way shape or form. Who does that ? So now my landlord knows we are moving before we even have any idea where we will go. Thats not right and very inconsiderate . Also, their company DOES NOT give refunds on the 60 per person fee. So if you have 4 adults you'll have to pay 60x4 and they keep it all if you do not get the house. First I've herd of that in 40 years. Bet they made a killing on application fees. I'd take my business somewhere else where people have more experience and better work ethic. EDIT: After seeing this they reached out many many times trying to get us to remove it. They did do the right thing and send the 250 back we paid though. But, unfortunately thats not how reviews work. One of my jobs is doing reviews, this was based on what happened and what I was told. What is the point in a review if you just take it down? I appreciate you doing what is only right and paying us back , but maybe have better business practices if you want better reviews,Thanks! - Management

I highly recommend Franklin Investment Realty. We worked with Matt and Tim on finding our new home as second time home buyers and we could have not been happier! They exhibited exceptional customer service, were incredibly knowledgeable and truly cared about making sure we found the right house for us. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. My husband and I had such an amazing experience working with Matt! He made our first home buying experience fun, easy, stress-free and exciting. He was very thorough and trustworthy. Matt made sure that we totally understood every part of the home buying process which really showed how much he cared! He was excellent with communicating and was willing to work to get us exactly what we wanted no matter what time or day it was. We will be using Matt for any of our future home buying or selling needs! He is truly one in a million.
