Mikayla is absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and knowledgeable when we met her. Made us feel like we could see ourselves there and told us where we should go to lunch in the area! Which was so sweet of her and the food was amazing! She always kept in touch and was so easily accessible with any questions or concerns I had. When we toured she knew all her tenants and talked to every single of them, which was so cool to see! 100% the best experience I could have hoped for when finding my first apartment! I am so grateful!

We have been looking for weeks for an apartment for our daughter and niece. Several places were great … honestly the reason we settled on the Dally was the management. All the properties had up sides none of them had the community feel of Hightop Real Estate. I really want to mention Mikayla. What a gem! She knew everyone in the building and made us feel comfortable. Thank you Mikayla for your knowledge sharing and working with us. We are very grateful for your guidance!

I’ve had such a great experience living in The Dally! The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and always willing to go above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns. The building itself is well-maintained, modern, and has a great atmosphere. It’s clear that the team here genuinely cares about the residents, and it makes all the difference. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

Thank you, Mikayla! She is so so amazing! Mikayla was very friendly and made us feel very welcome at all of the units we toured. It is clear that she has very good relationships with the tenants and staff at each building. She was so knowledgeable about each unit, as well as the Northern Liberties area. She has continued to be easily accessible with any questions or concerns we had. 10/10 recommend Mikayla and Hightop Real Estate and Development. What a great experience!

Mikayla made my apartment rental process awesome. She was responsive, knowledgeable, kind, and answered all my questions. Now, I never usually leave a review, let alone spend this much time writing one, but I really do feel like I want to say how great of an experience this was. First, if you’re anything like me, you’re worried about all the details. And, honestly, it’s rare in apartment hunting to have someone be so kind, be so on top of things, and respond so knowledgeably and quickly. So I’m very appreciative to Mikayla and the trust that she built along the way. Process aside, my apartment is exactly what I wanted. The move-in process was simple. My apartment was clean when I moved in, and the building is really modern. I can’t say enough great things. Good luck!
