Ray was so wonderful and supportive in my process to buying my home. He’s Philly born and really knows about each neighborhood. He's also bilingual Spanish/English. I had a vision of buying in North Philly and many other realtors were not knowledgeable and didn’t understand what I was looking for. As Ray and I looked at homes together, we both agreed on the ones I did not like. When we walked into my now home, we both at the same said, “This is it.” He was super patient and communicative about the process after and I would not have had the confidence in doing this without him!

Ray went beyond what one could normally expect of a realtor, assisting in resolving bureaucratic questions, generally very detailoriented and always available to answer questions. I’ve purchased and subsequently sold a number of homes over the past 30 years and would rate Mr Enriquez as one of the best realtors I’ve dealt with.

After working with other real estate agents, Ray was definitely the one for us. As first-time owners, he guided all our steps through the whole process, from showings to buying, all through inspections, appraisals... He definitely went far beyond a typical real state agent. We definitely recommend him as our number one agent. Plus, if Spanish is your native language, he is fully bilingual!!
