Multiple repairs were necessary, but with Neil’s knowledge of many engineers and craftsmen, every repair was handled quickly and with a high level of craftsmanship. Even the estate sale resources recommended by Neil were efficient in their role. Once the house was placed on the market as coming soon, we had an offer within 48 hours.
