Jake was by far the best!!!! He was very caring and understanding. He made everything so simple and easy I never met a agent who actually cared about his clients the way Jake does. I would recommend him to any and everyone who is interested in buying or selling property. Jake answers all concerns and explains them in terms we understood. It can be overwhelming when trying to figure out what to do with a family member’s property. From the beginning of the process Jake explained my options if I chose to move forward and walked me through it step by step until we reached our goal. He made what seemed like a difficult task,an easier one. Thanks Jake!

He has helped me step by step in getting things done with my property. I had no clue where to begin. He is patient and very resourceful. Jake was great!! He held my hand through the entire process of selling my home. I owned a family home & have never sold or even purchased a home. I was very nervous not knowing anything about realty world. I would definitely refer anyone that was interested in selling their home.
