I recently bought a home and used Terese Brittingham and Dan Brittingham of the Brittingham McCouch Team. The house I found happened to be a listing of another Agent in Keller Williams Realty Group office and the Mike Howell Team. The transaction, from start to finish, was as uneventful as I could have hoped for. Maybe I was lucky, or maybe the Agents involved just took care of the typical burdens involved behind the scenes. I bought the house near the price I wanted to buy it at. I spoke to the seller and they got almost what they wanted. Seamless, smooth, professional and personal service all the way around. Recommend highly.

The most horrible Realtors out there. First time home buyer without help of parents and I got a rookie Delana Korsch who after three weeks passed me on to another “more experienced” realtor because she could not handle my highly anxious state. Um this is real estate and a lot of money yeah it is going to be emotional. The next realtor Kimberly Collins BEWARE. She insulted my termite inspector, insulted my mother, insulted the sellers agents mother, told me that I could not afford a house that did not have termite infestations and to accept it is a and then got fired before she could get the earnest money back from the sellers agent. The sellers agent Home Realty Advisors did the right thing and sent my earnest money to Keller Williams. Did they notify me of this....no. I called multiple times and they said they had no idea what happened to my money. It was only until I went back to the bank and found out that the check had never been cashed and the money was going back into my account that I could breath again. This entire process took 4 months. If I could give less than one star or negative stars I would. Home Realty Solutions is a great company and Keller Williams needs to shut this branch down.

Liars, charlatans, and law-breakers. We're on the do not call list and {successfully} selling our property on our own. They called me in a pretense to bring CURRENT AND INTERESTED buyers by, but first wanted a walk-through. I made it clear that we do not want seller-representation. "Your home is gorgeous!," but suddenly there are no buyers but they will represent me as a seller? The Board of Realtors as made it clear that realtors are not to violate do not call lists, yet Keller Williams agents (this is not the only branch that has done this) think they are above the law and will lie to rip-off consumers. Europe has gone to a flat fee model. Why are we behind?

LIARS, CHEATS, and FRAUDS- Keller-Williams duo of Terese Brittingham and Jennie Sheridan I have never had a worse experience than when I was the buyer of a house listed by con artists Terese Brittingham and Jennie Sheridan. They lied to me. Provided false information. And went back on their word in more than one occasion. My agent and I negotiated with them and their sellers for two days on an offer we submitted. At the end of the second day, they told my agent they agreed to the changes we made to our initial offer and asked that we send over a new agreement of sale. New agreement sent immediately. The next day, swindlers Brittingham and Sheridan told us that the wife of the couple selling the house was traveling and they needed an extra day to get the agreement signed. We said no problem. The day after that, they changed their story and said the husband was “getting cold feet” and wasn’t sure he would sign the agreement, but the wife had signed. Now they had delayed two additional days while I am sure the cheat of a broker Terese Brittingham pushed other interested parties to submit offers. And lo and behold, on day 3 after we agreed, two new offers came in. On day four, we were told, along with other agents, that the couple was working out “personal issues” and they would get back to us in 3-4 days to see where their seller’s were at. We suspected foul play, but Jennie Sheridan assured us she was being truthful and said she had the wife’s signature and would show it to us as proof. Four days later, the swindlers decided to email my agent letting us know they accepted another offer and they would not entertain any other offers. Oh, and they would not show us the agreement the wife had signed. My suspicion is that both the husband and wife had signed, but Terese Brittingham, who has a slimy reputation, quickly tried to push for more offers. Terese Brittingham and Jennie Sheridan are classless, unprofessional and are not afraid to lie to your face or deceit you. Karma will undoubtedly get them and they are the ones who have to sleep at night with their lies and cheating ways. These two are perfect examples of why realtors have a bad reputation. Lesson learned, never believe a word that is said and don’t get your hopes up until you see signatures on paper. I waited 5 months to post this review. The offer they accepted 5 days after they agreed to our offer was $15,000 higher, so the fraud plot worked.
