JG Real Estate served as both property manager & sales agent for our rental property in Philadelphia. As long-distance owners, they were great at finding good tenants, addressing maintenance & tenant/owner issues, supervising property renovations, & performing inspections, all for a reasonable monthly fee. When we listed it for sale, we worked with Yadi Toledo, a JG agent. She is the best sales agent we have ever had the pleasure to work with. She has excellent communication & negotiating skills, is very knowledgeable about current market conditions, & promptly responds when contacted. She helped find contractors, frequently volunteered to check on the property, & got it sold at a fair price. As both property manager & sales agent, we feel JG is the best & highly recommend them! I have been using JG to manage my Philly 3-unit property since August 2014. I Live in San Francisco. I only have rave reviews to give JG Property management! Ever since I hired them, I never worry about my property. They keep the units rented at market prices, Handle all turn-overs with ease and efficiency, are VERY responsive to my needs/questions as well as are responsive to tenant requests in a timely manner . Tenants even have the ability to pay rent and request services/repairs on-line. Before hiring JG, I thought about selling my rental because of the hassle it was to manage from so far away...Now I'm glad I didn't sell and feel that my property could not be in better hands. They take care of ALL issues and not only make sure that the property meets all state & city regulations, but also make sure that I'm kept informed. They also provide yearly property inspection reports for owners with current Pics of condition of units as well as recommendations if needed. They require owner approval for any expenses greater than $500 so you never are at risk of receiving an unexpected hefty invoice. Their pricing is very reasonable for a "worry free owner" situation and I highly recommend them. The whole office team is awesome!

Unfortunately had an incredibly frustrating experience trying to tour homes and potentially rent from this company- ultimately dodged a bullet I am sure!! They posted properties they apparently had no intention of showing, and canceled every appointment we made with an automated request to reschedule at the last minute (on the second cancellation for one property, within 30 minutes of show time, we only discovered this after arriving there). Completely unhelpful staff when calling to discuss this issue. We were directed to use their website to select a (THIRD) new appointment when we called wondering where the agent was… completely laughable.

i rented from a building managed by this company for 3 years. they were always super fast when responding to maintenance requests and last week a friend let me know that they sent me a package to my old address not knowing that i moved and JG maintenance team got my package and shipped it on to my new address the day after I emailed them asking if the package was still in the mail room, no additional cost to me! this company is great to rent from!

Not the worst. No roaches. Haven’t gotten robbed. But the property is a typical Philly rental, they do the bare minimum with the bare minimum to charge you the most money they can. Floors feel like laminate over rolling dirt. Kitchen drawers can’t close properly. One drawer prevents the oven from opening. Closet doors stripped to high heaven and can’t be tightened to stay on the tracks. Moved in, guess what? No blinds, no door handles, nothing. They finally put a door handle on so now I won’t be robbed. I had to put blinds up myself. What kind of place doesn’t have blinds? This one! Hot water is out in 30 mins. Walls are paper thin. Parking is ridiculously expensive and if you have a lowered car it will be destroyed if you try to park here. They won’t update the address at the post office so GOOD LUCK GETTING WIFI. That’s right! No WiFi, not from Verizon, not from Comcast, not from anyone, why? Because the address doesn’t exist! Maybe you can use your neighbors address? Well I tried that! And my $40 a month comcast bill costed me over $800 in 4 months and 10 calls with Xfinity. Tried to switch to fios, SAME PROBLEM. SO MANY PROBLEMS. Put in a maintenance request, wait a month, they forget. Repeat. Why? They don’t care. As long as you pay rent why would they care? Don’t rent from here unless you are extremely low on options or expectations.
